1) Must have a source of income

2) Must have a permanent physical and mailing address

3) Must have a photo ID (copy will be made)

4) The person signing the contract is responsible for payment ( you cannot rent or reserve a unit for someone else)

5) Some units require you to bring a padlock

​

6) We take cash or checks (no cards)

​

7) Rent is due on the first and late is due on the 15th of the month

​

8) Check fee on NSF checks is $25.00

​

9) Must appear in person to sign a simple month to month contract

​

10) You cannot live in these units or house animals of any kind
