1) Must have a source of income 2) Must have a permanent physical and mailing address 3) Must have a photo ID (copy will be made) 4) Check fee on NSF checks is $25.00 5) Some units require you to bring a padlock 6) We take cash or checks (no cards) 7) Rent is due on the first and late is due on the 15th of the month 8) The person signing the contract is responsible for payment ( you cannot rent or reserve a unit for someone else) 9) Must appear in person to sign a simple month to month contract
